  • Lash extensions shed naturally with your own lashes. Most clients maintain their set with refills every 2–3 weeks, depending on natural lash growth and lifestyle.

  • Please arrive with clean lashes, free of eye makeup, oils, or residue. This helps ensure proper adhesion and reduces the risk of irritation. If you wear contacts, you will need to remove them prior to the service.

  • When applied and maintained properly, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Customization, correct weight selection, and healthy refill spacing are key priorities.
