treatment room accessibilityOur treatment room is only available by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
parkingFree, on-site parking is available in the studio driveway. Please do not park in any spots labeled "Visitor”. There will be a driveway parking space reserved for your visit.
Essential Client Experience
Health & Sensitivity DisclosureClients are asked to disclose relevant health conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent procedures prior to their appointment. This ensures services are provided safely and comfortably. Services may be modified or declined if a treatment is not appropriate.
Consent & ComfortClient comfort is always prioritized. Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time. Pressure, pace, or technique may be adjusted during the service upon request, and clients are encouraged to speak up at any point.
Late Arrival PolicyAppointments begin and end at their scheduled time to respect all clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeiture of the appointment, depending on availability.
Cancellation & No-Show PolicyCancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. This allows time to offer the appointment to another client.
sexual misconductWe have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Any sexually suggestive comments, advances, or unwanted touching will be taken seriously and lead to immediate termination of the session.
Studio Environment
Quiet, Device-Free SpaceTo preserve the calming atmosphere of the studio, phones should be silenced and devices avoided during services unless medically necessary.
Guest PolicyFor privacy and safety reasons, only the scheduled client is permitted in the treatment room. Exceptions may be made in advance for support persons if needed.
Personal HygieneClients are asked to arrive clean and free of heavy fragrances. This helps maintain comfort for both client and practitioner in a close, sensory-focused environment.
