Keratin vs Korean Lash Lift

At OneSixteen Studio in Langford, BC, we offer both keratin lash lift and Korean lash lift techniques.

The difference is in processing style and finish. Some lashes benefit from the strengthening support of a keratin-based system, while others respond beautifully to the precision shaping of a Korean method.

You don’t need to decide. The technique is selected for you based on your natural lashes and the look you want. The result is always soft, lifted, and natural.

Aftercare

Keep lashes dry for 24 hours following your appointment. After that, treat them gently and avoid waterproof mascara to maintain the lift.

A nourishing lash conditioner can help keep lashes soft and healthy between visits.

  • Lash lift & tint services are generally well tolerated, but sensitivity varies. This will be discussed during your consultation, and the service may be modified or declined if it’s not the right fit for you.

  • There is no downtime. You’ll be advised to keep your lashes dry for the first 2 hours and avoid rubbing or heavy products to help results last.

  • When performed properly and followed by aftercare, a lash lift is a gentle enhancement.

  • Both techniques lift natural lashes from the root. The system used is selected based on your lash type and desired finish.

  • Please arrive with clean lashes and avoid eye makeup. If you wear contacts, please remove them prior to service.
